Free is the closet itself, and it stays free. Catalogue what you own, photos with the background removed, wear tracking, cost per wear, a calendar of outfits you put together yourself, the in-store check and the budget tracker. Nothing about that is metered. Gratuit, c’est la garde-robe elle-même, pis ça reste gratuit. Catalogue ce que tu possèdes, des photos avec le fond enlevé, le suivi des ports, le coût par port, un calendrier de tenues que tu montes toi-même, la vérification en magasin pis le suivi budgétaire. Rien de tout ça n’est compté.
Pro Solo adds Clo — she plans your month, suggests outfits from what you already own, and does Try It On. Monthly or yearly. Pro Solo ajoute Clo — elle planifie ton mois, propose des tenues à partir de ce que tu possèdes déjà, pis fait l’essayage. Au mois ou à l’année.
Founding Member is a one-time payment for three years of Pro, and then your Founding rate — locked, and always below the list price. It’s limited to the first 200 members and closes December 31, 2026. Membre fondateur·rice, c’est un paiement unique pour trois ans de Pro, pis ensuite ton tarif Fondateur — verrouillé, pis toujours sous le prix courant. C’est limité aux 200 premiers membres pis ça se termine le 31 décembre 2026.

Log in at app.closetcue.ca, then Profile → Manage plan. Connecte-toi sur app.closetcue.ca, pis va à Profil → Gérer mon forfait.
Plans can’t be changed in the phone app. That’s an app-store rule, not a Closet Cue one — buying and cancelling happen on the web. Everything else works the same in both places, and a plan you buy on the web works immediately in the app. Les forfaits ne peuvent pas être modifiés dans l’appli. C’est une règle des boutiques d’applications, pas une règle de Closet Cue — l’achat pis l’annulation se font sur le web. Tout le reste fonctionne pareil des deux côtés, pis un forfait acheté sur le web marche tout de suite dans l’appli.
Same place — Profile → Manage plan — or the Manage billing link in any receipt email. Au même endroit — Profil → Gérer mon forfait — ou le lien Gérer la facturation dans n’importe quel courriel de reçu.
You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t refund part of a period you’re partway through. Tu gardes l’accès jusqu’à la fin de la période déjà payée. On ne rembourse pas une partie de période entamée.
Managing your renewals is your responsibility — but we don’t think a yearly renewal should be a surprise, so for a yearly plan we email you 30 days before it renews and again 7 days before, with the amount, the date and a link to manage or cancel it. A monthly plan gets a receipt each time and no separate reminder. La gestion de tes renouvellements te revient — mais on ne pense pas qu’un renouvellement annuel devrait être une surprise, alors pour un forfait annuel on t’écrit 30 jours avant le renouvellement pis encore 7 jours avant, avec le montant, la date pis un lien pour le gérer ou l’annuler. Un forfait mensuel reçoit un reçu chaque fois pis aucun rappel distinct.
Your three years of Pro start the day you buy. There’s no subscription to renew or cancel during that time, and we don’t keep your card — your payment was a one-time charge, so there’s nothing that could be billed later even by mistake. Tes trois ans de Pro commencent le jour de ton achat. Il n’y a aucun abonnement à renouveler ou à annuler pendant cette période, pis on ne garde pas ta carte — ton paiement était une transaction unique, donc rien ne pourrait être facturé plus tard, même par erreur.
Sixty days before your three years end we email you, and again seven days before, each time with a link to start your Founding rate if you want it. Do nothing and nothing is charged — your account moves to Free, your closet and outfits and photos stay exactly where they are, any credits you bought or earned are still yours, and your Founding rate is waiting whenever you come back. Soixante jours avant la fin de tes trois ans, on t’écrit, pis encore sept jours avant, chaque fois avec un lien pour activer ton tarif Fondateur si tu le veux. Ne fais rien pis rien n’est facturé — ton compte passe au gratuit, ta garde-robe pis tes tenues pis tes photos restent exactement où elles sont, les crédits que tu as achetés ou gagnés sont toujours à toi, pis ton tarif Fondateur t’attend quand tu reviendras.
Founding Member: 14 days from the date of purchase, full refund, no reason needed. After 14 days it’s final. Membre fondateur·rice : 14 jours à partir de la date d’achat, remboursement complet, sans avoir à te justifier. Après 14 jours, c’est définitif.
Subscriptions: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for. No partial refunds. Abonnements : annule en tout temps pis garde l’accès jusqu’à la fin de la période payée. Aucun remboursement partiel.

All of this lives in the app, under Profile — on your phone or at app.closetcue.ca, whichever you’re on. Tout ça se trouve dans l’appli, sous Profil — sur ton téléphone ou sur app.closetcue.ca, peu importe où tu es.
It removes your closet, your photos, your outfits, your calendar and your profile. It is permanent, and we can’t undo it — there is no restore, and no copy kept on our side to restore from. Export first if there’s any chance you’ll want it. Ça enlève ta garde-robe, tes photos, tes tenues, ton calendrier pis ton profil. C’est définitif, pis on ne peut pas revenir en arrière — il n’y a pas de restauration, pis aucune copie gardée de notre côté pour restaurer. Exporte avant s’il y a la moindre chance que tu en aies besoin.
Unused credits go with it, and a Founding membership goes with it. Credits you bought or earned don’t expire — but they belong to the account, so deleting the account ends them, and we can’t move them or pay them back. The same is true of a Founding membership: it can’t be restored on a deleted account. If you’re not sure, write to us before you delete rather than after. Les crédits inutilisés partent avec, pis une adhésion Fondatrice part avec. Les crédits que tu as achetés ou gagnés n’expirent pas — mais ils appartiennent au compte, donc supprimer le compte y met fin, pis on ne peut ni les transférer ni les rembourser. C’est pareil pour une adhésion Fondatrice : elle ne peut pas être restaurée sur un compte supprimé. Si tu n’es pas certaine, écris-nous avant de supprimer plutôt qu’après.
A credit is spent when Clo builds something — a full month of planned outfits, a week or a day refreshed, or one complete look put together for you. A month costs the most, a single day the least. Un crédit est dépensé quand Clo bâtit quelque chose — un mois complet de tenues planifiées, une semaine ou une journée rafraîchie, ou un look complet monté pour toi. Un mois coûte le plus, une seule journée le moins.
Credits arrive with your plan each cycle and don’t carry over. Credits you buy or earn are separate: those never expire, and they’re spent only after the included ones are gone — so the ones you paid for are always the last to go. Les crédits arrivent avec ton forfait à chaque cycle pis ne se reportent pas. Les crédits que tu achètes ou que tu gagnes sont à part : ceux-là n’expirent jamais, pis ils sont dépensés seulement une fois les crédits inclus épuisés — donc ceux que tu as payés partent toujours en dernier.
Adding and editing garments, scanning them in, background removal, wear tracking, cost per wear, and any outfit you build yourself in the calendar. Building your own outfits is free and always will be — the credit is for Clo doing the thinking, not for using your own closet. Ajouter pis modifier des vêtements, les scanner, l’enlèvement du fond, le suivi des ports, le coût par port, pis n’importe quelle tenue que tu montes toi-même dans le calendrier. Monter tes propres tenues, c’est gratuit pis ça va le rester — le crédit, c’est pour que Clo réfléchisse, pas pour utiliser ta propre garde-robe.
Chat doesn’t cost credits, on purpose — metering the thing you’d use most would make you ration it. But every message costs us something real, so there’s a cap per day and a larger one per cycle. They’re set well above what a normal day looks like; if you ever reach one, Clo says so plainly and tells you when it comes back. Le clavardage ne coûte pas de crédits, exprès — compter la chose que tu utiliserais le plus te ferait la rationner. Mais chaque message nous coûte quelque chose de réel, alors il y a un plafond par jour pis un plus grand par cycle. Ils sont réglés bien au-dessus d’une journée normale; si jamais tu en atteins un, Clo te le dit clairement pis t’indique quand ça revient.
Clo will happily talk about style, suggest directions and answer pairing questions for free. Asking her to build the full look for a day is the part that spends a credit, and she always says so before she does it. Clo va parler de style, proposer des pistes pis répondre à tes questions d’agencement gratuitement. Lui demander de bâtir le look complet d’une journée, c’est la partie qui dépense un crédit, pis elle te le dit toujours avant de le faire.
Twenty try-ons a month on a paid plan, with a limit of five in any one day so a single afternoon can’t use the month. Try-ons don’t come out of your credits — they have their own count, shown on the try-on screen before you use one. Vingt essayages par mois sur un forfait payant, avec une limite de cinq dans une même journée pour qu’un seul après-midi ne vide pas le mois. Les essayages ne sortent pas de tes crédits — ils ont leur propre compte, affiché sur l’écran d’essayage avant que tu en utilises un.
Your photo is sent to the company that generates the image, held for less than an hour and never stored on a public link — it’s off by default and only ever happens if you turn it on. How we handle photos. Ta photo est envoyée à l’entreprise qui génère l’image, conservée moins d’une heure pis jamais stockée sur un lien public — c’est désactivé par défaut pis ça n’arrive que si tu l’actives.
